- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoons cream
- 3 1/2 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 8-10 Oreos, crushed
- Mint sprigs
- In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
- Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan, and pour the hot mixture over the chopped chocolate. Stir until chocolate has melted. Gently fold egg whites into chocolate sauce.
- Pour the mousse into the pots and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Top with crushed Oreos and mint.
