Chocolate Mousse Flower Pot

This potted plant is packing a sweet surprise! Creamy, chocolatey goodness hides underneath a layer of crushed Oreos and mint leaves.


  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 3 1/2 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
  • 8-10 Oreos, crushed
  • Mint sprigs


  • In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
  • Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan, and pour the hot mixture over the chopped chocolate. Stir until chocolate has melted. Gently fold egg whites into chocolate sauce.
  • Pour the mousse into the pots and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Top with crushed Oreos and mint.
