Healthy Wraps 4 Ways

From honey sesame chicken and zucchini with hummus, to tuna salad and Tex-Mex chicken, these nutritious wraps are packed with flavor.

Tuna Salad

Ingredients For the Tuna Salad :

  • 2 5 ounces cans white albacore tuna, canned in water
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/4 small red onion, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Ingredients For the Wraps :

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 8 leaves butter lettuce
  • 4 large whole wheat large tortillas

Instructions For Tuna Salad :

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the tuna salad.
  • Lay out the tortilla on a flat surface. Place tuna salad mixture in a line in the center of the wrap.
  • Top with tomatoes and lettuce.
  • Roll into a burrito shape, making sure to fold in the sides and wrap as tightly as possible.
  • Slice in half and enjoy.

Santa Fe Chicken Salad

Ingredients For the Chicken Salad :

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup fire roasted corn, thawed
  • 1 cup black beans, cooked, drained and rinsed
  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Ingredients For the Wrap :

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 large whole wheat large tortillas

Instructions For Santa Fe Chicken Salad :

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the santa fe chicken salad.
  • Lay out the tortilla on a flat surface. Place chicken salad mixture in a line in the center of the wrap.
  • Top with avocado slices.
  • Roll into a burrito shape, making sure to fold in the sides and wrap as tightly as possible.
  • Slice in half and enjoy.

Grilled Zucchini & Hummus

Ingredients For the Tomato Cucumber Salad :

  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Ingredients For the Grilled Zucchini :

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 medium zucchini, ends removed and sliced lengthwise
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Ingredients For the Wrap :

  • 4 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 4 large whole wheat large tortillas

Instructions For Grilled Zucchini & Hummus :

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the tomato cucumber salad. Set aside.
  • Heat a grill to medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, lay out zucchini slices and season with sea salt and ground black pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, then remove from heat and set aside.
  • Lay out the tortilla on a flat surface.
  • Spread out evenly hummus over tortilla, followed by grilled zucchini slices, spinach, and then the tomato cucumber salad.
  • Roll into a burrito shape, making sure to fold in the sides and wrap as tightly as possible.
  • Slice in half and enjoy.

Honey Sesame Chicken

Ingredients For the Honey Sesame Chicken :

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 2 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Ingredients For the Wraps :

  • 4 large whole wheat large tortillas
  • 1 cucumber, cut into matchsticks

Instructions For Honey Sesame Chicken :

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the honey sesame chicken.
  • Lay out the tortilla on a flat surface. Place honey sesame chicken mixture in a line in the center of the wrap.
  • Top with cucumber.
  • Roll into a burrito shape, making sure to fold in the sides and wrap as tightly as possible.
  • Slice in half and enjoy.
